How You Get Kidney Failure

Kidney Failure is divided into Acute kidney failure and chronic kidney failure. How you get kidney failure? The causes differ from different forms of the disease.

Acute Kidney Failure

Acute kidney failure means the your kidneys have suddenly stopped working. In normal conditions, kidneys can remove the waste products and extra water from the blood. In acute kidney failure, the waste products and fluids build up fast in your body. Without an immediate control, this condition may threaten you into a very dangerous condition.

How you get acute kidney failure?

- Sudden blood shortage to your kidneys. Some sudden injury, blood loss or severe infection may reduce blood flow to the kidney. Any sudden blood shortage to your kidneys may cause acute kidney failure.

- A sudden blockage of urine tract. A Kidney Cyst, kidney stone, kidney tumor or enlarged prostate may cause a sudden blockage which may stop urine from flowing out of the kidneys, causing acute kidney failure.

- medicine abuse or poisons. Medicines or poisons may also be a cause to get your affected by acute kidney failure.

Chronic Kidney Failure

If your kidney disease lasts for more than 3 months, it is known as Chronic Kidney Disease. And if your Kidney Failure lasts for a long time, it will be called as Chronic Kidney Failure. And if the acute kidney failure cannot be controlled well, the kidney damage will be permanent and turn to chronic kidney failure.
