Kidney deficiency is one familiar disorder in our everyday life that can be caused by many conditions. If you also want to find the answer of this question, you can follow me to detect it today.

First of all, we should make clear what is kidney deficiency. Although kidney deficiency is related to kidneys, it doesn't mean kidney disease. Kidney deficiency is one term of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), and it indicates the body isn't in the best condition.

What is uremia? As introduced by kidney experts, uremia refers to kidneys suffering from irreversible damage, a serious loss of kidney function and a series of complex symptoms and problems. Therefore, uremia is the substantive damage of kidneys. In uremic stage, damaged kidneys causes a lot of harmful substances to build up in the body, resulting in nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, difficult breathing, bleeding tendency, pulmonary edema, and so on. Some of these problems may even threaten patients' life.

In fact, simple kidney deficiency won't cause uremia, but uremia can have the presence of kidney deficiency. In other words, kidney deficiency and uremia don't have direct relation, but they can have same or similar manifestations.

Although kidney deficiency won't cause uremia directly, it can indeed increase the risk of uremia. Kidney deficiency can lead to internal environment disorder and make patients susceptible to various disorders. Then, patients may suffer from kidney disease easily. If uncontrolled effectively, kidney disease will progress into uremia gradually. From this analysis, we can know it is quite important for us to protect kidneys and determine whether patients have kidney disease when they are diagnosed with kidney deficiency.
