The clinical research shows that patients with minimal change disease and mesangial proliferative nephritis as the primary Nephrotic Syndrome may present hormone dependent or resistant to steroids. For patients with refractory Nephrotic Syndrome, cellcept along with glucocorticoid must have therapeutic effects. Besides, it can be taken when cytoxan doesn’t work or it produces severe side effects.
