1. Increase your fiber intake

A high fiber diet is good for health, which can help lower your cholesterol levels and can help maintain a healthy body weight. It is found in grains, cereals, pulses, fruits and vegetables.

2. Lower your blood sugar intake

Too much sugar can cause weight gain and increase your triglyceride and high blood sugar levels. You can try:
