1. Stretching

Stretching the arms and legs before and after exercising can help prepare the muscles for activity and prevent injury and muscle pain. Besides, it can increases the range of motion and flexibility.

2. Cardiovascular or aerobic exercises

Cardiovascular or aerobic exercises strengthen the heart and lungs and improve the body's ability to use oxygen. Long-term aerobic exercises can help reduce the heart rate and blood pressure levels as well as improving the breathing.

Good choices include walking, jogging, bicycling, jumping rope, cross-county skiing, skating, rowing, and low-impact or water aerobics.

3. Strengthening
