- is glomerulus or renal tubule damaged?

Urine total protein, urine micro-albumin and urine IgG is used to test the severity and area of damaged kidney tissues, as well as the allergy to medicine.

Urine Micro albumin-α1 is used to find out the affected glomerulus and renal tubules.

Urine GGT and urine NAG is utilized to measure the inflammation in renal tubules.

Urine osmotic pressure helps find the reabsorption function of renal tubules.
