Details: I am having kidney cortical stone as well as gall stone 11.5mm. What is the treatment please?

Kidney stones is one kind of Urolithiasis. It mostly happens in hot summer, because people sweat profusely in summer so that micturition decreases. Besides, ultraviolet irradiation helps increase the synthetic of Vitamin D and vitamin A, and vitamin D and vitamin A can promote the absorption of calcium ions in intestinum tenue, then calcium discharge increases in urine, and stone-like material in urine can easily produce nuclei of crystallization, thus forming kidney stones.

Some foods are easy to cause kidney stones. It is caused by excessive intake of relevant food composition that can form calculus, such as over stock of oxalates, purine metabolic disturbance, too much adipose absorption, excessive increase of sugar and protein.
