Expert Answer
Thank you for your inquiry. In the view of your medical report, your Diabetes has already causes kidney damages, this is known as Diabetic Nephropathy.

Hemoglobin 9.7 indicates mild anemia. And it may relate with your Kidney Disease. In normal condition, kidney can secrete EPO. When kidneys get damaged, this ability will reduce, causing anemia.

Sodium 126 is a little lower than normal range. This may tell your kidney fail to reabsorb Na+. If left untreated, it can make you fell fatigue and tired.

GFR 29.6 indicates your kidney damage is at the Stage 5. This is the end stage of kidney disease.

All above just rough and simple analysis for you. If you need any further info or follow-up, you are suggested to leave a message in front of this page. Or you can email to kidneyservice@hotmail.com
