Hemoglobin 9.7 indicates mild anemia. And it may relate with your Kidney Disease. In normal condition, kidney can secrete EPO. When kidneys get damaged, this ability will reduce, causing anemia.

Sodium 126 is a little lower than normal range. This may tell your kidney fail to reabsorb Na+. If left untreated, it can make you fell fatigue and tired.

GFR 29.6 indicates your kidney damage is at the Stage 5. This is the end stage of kidney disease.
