Expert Answer
Detection plays an important role in PKD. I suggest you do an ultrasound to see what's the size of your both kidneys and the largest cyst. If the cysts are big and many, early treatment is important to slow down the progressing of the disease and protect the kidney function so that you can live normal life without developing into kidney failure.

No Hypertension is a very good new for you. More than 40% of PKD patients suffer from high blood pressure which will worsen the medical conditions a lot. And you are suggested to monitor your blood pressure regularly for Kidney Disease patients are at higher risk to develop hypertension.

On Diet, I suggest you avoid spicy food, greasy food, sea food and strong tea or coffee.
